In business – and in life, generally – it’s easy to confuse ‘busy’ with ‘productive’.

But the two are not interchangeable. Being ‘busy’ all the time is like riding your bike uphill in a high gear; you’ll get nowhere fast.

Instead, slow and steady – with a bit of low-gear hard grind – is all it takes to boost your productivity and job satisfaction.
